The program for this year's edition of EDP Vilar de Mouros, which takes place on the 25th, 26th and 27th of August, is now complete. In a statement, the organization confirmed the presence of the Americans Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and the Swedes Clawfinger, who join Simple Minds. They all perform on August 26th, when you will be able to discover the Tara Perdida, a portuguese group.

The appearance of Non Talkers on August 26th, The Black Teddys on the opening day on August 25th and The Mirandas on the closing day on August 27th were also confirmed in the statement.

The six bands join Placebo, Iggy Pop, Bauhaus, Suede, Wolfmother, Gary Numan, The Legendary Tigerman, Battles.

Created over 50 years ago, the festival has tickets for sale. General passes and day tickets are available for €80 and €40 respectively and can be purchased at the usual places, such as Festicket.

The EDP Vilar de Mouros 2022 program also includes the participation of DJ Izzy, who will recreate the spirit of the Rockline Tribe parties on the EDP Vilar de Mouros 2022 Historic Stage on the night of August 24, between 11:00 pm and 3:00 am, and in the early hours of August 25th to 28th, between 2:30 am and 4:30 am.

Promoted by the municipality of Caminha with the Vilar de Mouros Parish Council, the festival brings together music, the values ​​of inclusion and environmental awareness.
