Having established its presence in Lisbon with eight successful restaurants since its debut in 2009, DOTE is now venturing into the northern region. Originally aiming to bring the famous "francesinha" (a Portuguese sandwich) to Lisbon, the brand quickly gained popularity and now holds a strong position in the capital. CEO Paulo Freitas states, "We wanted to bring a taste of the North to Lisbon, and it has become a consolidated success. Now, we are excited to make a mark in the vibrant city of Porto."

Located on Avenida dos Aliados, the DOTE Cervejaria Moderna Porto introduces the brand's innovative concept of a modern brewery, which deviates from the traditional approach followed by their Lisbon counterparts. The restaurant's transformation begins with its cozy yet sophisticated and modern ambiance, characterized by clean tones and meticulous attention to detail. Freitas emphasizes that both loyal patrons and newcomers alike will experience a unique and comfortable dining atmosphere.

The "DOTE Cervejaria Moderna Porto" menu emphasizes the concept of sharing, curated by renowned Chef Álvaro Costa. Designed to provide a special and distinctive culinary experience, the menu introduces lesser-known Portuguese flavors to Porto. Exclusive sharing options include "Chocos à Setubalense" (€11.00), "Crispy Baby Squid with Lime Mayonnaise" (€9.50), "Clams à Bulhão Pato" (€21.00), and "Stuffed Spider Crab" (€25.00). The star dish on the menu is the "Special Brewery Steak" served with the secret sauce, available in three cuts: "Sirloin" (€11.00), "Ribeye" (€15.00), and "Tenderloin" (€23.00). Freitas assures guests that this steak is truly exceptional and unparalleled. The menu also features popular items like the "DOTE Francesinha" (€13.50) and the "DOTE Hot Dog" (€11.50).
